A CRM Account Manager is typically the first point of contact between the partner and a large number of key accounts, with the aim of providing the best possible solutions for existing clients The role of an Account Manager involves a number of different areas including CRM, Sales and Business Development. The Account manager will build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and further develop existing accounts by drving new revenue streams, as well as selling the microsoft dynamics 365 suite. 


With a population close to 3.5 million, Berlin is the both the capital and largest city in Germany, as well as the seventh most populous urban area within the European Union. The city is extremely rich in history following the 2nd world war, the resulting cold war and the fall of the berlin wall in 1990; and the signs of this can still be observed throughout the city today.  

Typically, the Berlin Economoy is considerably strong in areas such as services, transport, creative industries, research, healthcare and media. However, significant industries also include engineering, biotechnology, pharamaceuticals and a rapidly growing IT sector, with an ever-increasing number of tech-start ups emerging all over the city. Since 2000 Berlin has seen the emergence of a cosmopolitan entrepreneurial scene.
