Working in CRM Pre Sales, the main focus is to identify new business opportunities and thus develop new revenue streams, whilst understanding the needs and requirements of potential clients. Working with and presenting the benefits and solutions of CRM to both technical and non-technical audiences is also expected. Pre Sales supports both the account management and the new business sales team.
