Job Description

Hunter Charles are recruiting for a well regarded Microsoft Gold Partner for the position of 1st Line Support Analyst to join their expanding team.

Job Function:

- Provide prompt and professional 1st Line Support to the Customers base according to SLA and Support Contracts

- To log incident calls using the Top Desk support desk system

- Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client

- Support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed timescales.

- Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the progress of support call status

- Review, react and resolve to issues reported via real time monitoring alerts

Essential

  • Minimum of one years ERP Experience
  • Must have a logical mind set and the ability to trouble shoot complex issues

Desirable

  • Microsoft AX Finance, Manufacturing or Retail knowledge would be an advantage
  • Technical knowledge including SQL Server, Performance investigation, SSRS reports
