Dynamics CRM Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - London - £50K- £55K

I'm currently headhunting for a CRM Business Analyst for a large Public sector company undergoing an IT transformation. The CRM Business Analyst will work with a close-knit & growing CRM team on a brand new greenfield implementation of Dynamics CRM 2016 (online). This is a great opportunity to move into the growing MS Dynamics CRM space and become a specialists.

As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for understanding a client's business need in order to successfully deliver efficient and relevant solutions. You will play a key part in the design, development and implementation of projects and maintain excellent relationships

Experience Needed

  • Experience with data cleansing, requirement gathering & workshops
  • Experienced with workflows and dialog management and reporting tools and services (SSRS).
  • In depth knowledge on the functionality of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce, Sage etc)
  • Successfully implemented multiple projects
  • Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamic CRM solutions
  • Excellent communications, written and oral and ability to communicate complex concepts

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Analysis of requirements
  • Delivering Workshops/ user groups
  • Stakeholder management
  • Data cleansing
  • Liaise with suppliers and their support teams as required.
