I am working with a client exclusively as they build their digital product team in the Southampton area. The client is looking to hire a number of permanent Product Professionals. They are looking for a Product Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Product Manager you will work closely with the development teams, Scrum master and have a dotted line to the Product Owner.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for your next challenge as a Product Manager or even if you are considering moving into a Product Manager role.

Product Manager (Digital) Specification:

  • You will have a good understanding of Coremetrics
  • You will be used to working within agile structure to brief requirements into UX / Dev / QA team members, to define sprints/release plan and scope with Tech lead
  • You'll be used to communicating to multiple stakeholders throughout the business
  • You'll ideally will have previous global experience working within a digital field
  • You'll have a strong understanding of both Google Analytics and Feefo Analytics
  • You will be a keen mentor and have an eye for training and coaching your team
  • You will own a specific range of products within the company's portfolio, ensuring the end to end lifecycle is managed to maximum benefit and return on investment.
  • You will research into markets to identify product opportunities and bring to market new lines, liaising with suppliers and internal departments and ensuring launch deadlines are met.
  • Communicates across the organization future product launch plans.
  • Keeps abreast of innovations within the automotive market to identify opportunities for product development.
  • Asses competitor offers to ensure the companies pricing strategies remain competitive.
  • Support with responding to technical queries raised by customers, analysing the cause and taking preventative actions as required.
  • Maintains data accuracy of product information on the company's systems
  • Develops in conjunction with the Marketing Manager product promotional plans to support the company offer.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Commercial experience gained in a relevant sector
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and future trends
  • Financial skills and cost-modelling ability
  • Strong and proven problem-solving skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer skills and the ability to interface with internal/external customers and suppliers
  • Excellent organizational & project management skills
  • Strong teamwork and influencing skills
