I am working with a managed services provider who are enjoying strong growth, they are looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to aid with this growth and to support existing and new clients. You will be supporting Managed services across the UK in a B2B environment.

Technical Account Manager Specification:

  • Set and run quarterly accounts reviews
  • Arrange Regular calls and meetings to discuss issues. Following up with the in house Projects teams
  • Ensure the quality of the Support Services meets end client requirements.
  • Develop opportunity to expand the range of services
  • Technical Scoping and pitching of client opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and customer facing skills and will be able to communicate easily with customers at the Management and Senior Management level.
  • Manage and develop relationships with Key Clients
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within our current client base
  • Ensure proposals are delivered on time and to budget
  • Define opportunities and handover to Service / Projects
  • Work closely with the board to define and develop internal systems and processes, for measuring and reporting on the quality of the service we are delivering to our clients
  • Actively look for opportunities to streamline and safeguard the running of the business through processes and procedures
  • Occasional travel will be required to client sites
